Everything a Busy Office Runs On
Multiple numbers, call routing, auto-attendant, voicemail to email, hold music and call transfer, all configured around how your office actually answers the phone. We port your existing numbers from your current provider and only cut over once the new system has been tested end to end, so nothing goes dark.
Because the system is not built around physical lines, the ceiling on simultaneous calls disappears. Every phone can be on a call at once, your main number rings the whole building, messages collect in one voicemail box instead of one per line, and outbound calls all show your main number.
Cordless Coverage for the Whole Site
Plenty of work does not happen at a desk. Yealink DECT handsets register to the same system as your desk phones, so a call to your main number rings the front counter and the far end of the warehouse at once and whoever gets there first picks up. Add them to a system that already has desk phones, and choose rugged models where a service bay or an outdoor yard is hard on equipment.

Every tier carries the same HD voice and background noise suppression, so the choice comes down to screen size, key count and how the handset works, never to call quality. All models support PoE and are provisioned and tested by our team before they arrive.
Yealink T73 Entry Level Phone
A straightforward business phone with nothing extra to learn. Colour display, a comfortable handset, and a row of keys you can set as one-touch dials for the people you call most.
Yealink T74 Mid Tier Phone
The same phone with a noticeably larger and sharper display and more room for one-touch dials. Easy to read a caller's name at a glance from across the desk.
Yealink T85W Premium Phone
The one we recommend, and the phone most of our business systems are built on. A large 5.5-inch display on a stand that tilts to your eye level, backlit keys that stay easy to find in a dim room, and Bluetooth built in for a wireless headset.
Yealink T88W Pro Executive Phone
The only phone in the range with a genuinely cordless handset, with roughly thirty feet of range, so you can answer at the desk and keep talking as you walk. Large Android touchscreen you tap rather than work through buttons.
