Advertising and Measurement

We advertise on Google and on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure those ads, our public pages use the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies and report visits and actions such as viewing a page, starting a rental request, or sending one. When you send a Starlink rental request or a property care request, and again if we confirm a rental as a booking, we also send Meta your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form, the booking value for a rental, and the browser details Meta uses to match it to an ad. The Meta Pixel does not run on the customer or staff portals.

You can limit this by blocking cookies in your browser, or through your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences and adssettings.google.com.
