Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly while the property sits empty, or one visit on the dates you choose.
Alarm systems
We test the system, replace batteries, and make sure it is reaching the monitoring station.
Security cameras
We clean and check the cameras and bring the recorder back online after a power outage.
On a property check
What a visit covers
- Walk the property and check the doors, including overhead garage doors
- Read the thermostats and confirm the heat is on
- Run the taps and flush the toilets
- Check the hot tub level and top it up if it is low
- Arm and disarm the alarm, and check the cameras are online
- Lock up, and let you know if anything needs attention
Travelling, and your insurer wants checks?
Tell us your dates and we will book the visits around them. Confirm with your insurer what they require first, since every policy is different.
Power went out while you were gone?
We bring the cameras and recorder back online and check that the alarm is still reaching the monitoring station.
